Meet Your Coach

I'm a certified wellness coach, trauma-informed breathwork instructor and nervous system guru. I started out as a weight loss coach back in 2017, and quickly learned that there is so much underlying STRESS stored in our nervous systems that prevents us from reaching goals, taking action, and creating lasting change. (health related and beyond).

I made it my mission to dig into the ROOT issue people are experiencing (nervous system dysfunction), so I can help my clients heal from the bottom, up. 

My biggest "test" of all this healing I've done through breathwork and meditation came in early 2024, when I got the terrifying diagnoses of a brain tumor. As someone who is typically afraid of simply getting blood drawn, I shocked myself when I was able to keep calm and bypass panic and anxiety (well, as much as possible), during this time. And I hope to help YOU do the same - no matter what life is throwing at you.
