Personalized sessions are offered both in person and virtually. I offer private sessions for those wanting an individualized conscious connected breathwork journey, as well as sessions centered around supporting chronic  breathing dysfunctions.

Conscious Connected Breathwork Classes

I offer live, in-person breathwork sessions (aka 'journeys") in a group setting, where you can come be a part of a transformative experience with others. All classes follow a conscious connected breathing technique, and are a little over one hour in length. You'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed and present.

Classes are currently held in East Nashville, and space is limited. Book below to reserve your spot!
