I offer live, in-person breathwork sessions & other events in a group setting where you can come be a part of a transformative experience with others. All classes are based on a circular breathwork technique and are highly activating. Please see info below to make sure the classes are a good fit.

YOU are in ultimate control over what results you get from the program/sessions (aka you have to apply the information given and do the work), however, many of my clients see amazing results and positive changes in their minds and bodies!
The bottom up approach is essentially working on yourself by first building a solid foundation. For example, a weight loss client isn't going to have successful weight loss just by changing their diet. The REAL cause of a bad relationship with food lies deeper. If we get to the "root" of the issue, you're able to create real change.
Breathwork is essentially breathing in a conscious way, in a specific pattern for an extended period of time. Keep in mind that breathwork is an umbrella term; there are LOTS of different breath patterns you can practice. The technique I personally feel works best is a technique called "circular breathwork". but we can work to find a technique that suits you best.
The practice of breathwork has the potential to impact your mental, emotional, and physical well-being in a healing manner. The concept behind breathwork involves exhaling to release toxins and stress, while inhaling to provide nourishment to both the mind and body.
While some people choose to do just a single session of breathwork or coaching, it's important to remember that change doesn't happen overnight, or after a quick session. This is why I suggest purchasing a package of sessions to get the ball rolling, or to enroll in the 6 week program if you want more intensive work.
Payment plans are available for the 6 week intensive only. You can pay in full, or choose to pay 2 monthly payments of $650
